Platform Login

For registered users before the platform goes live

An email from the National University of Singapore (NUS) POSTGRADUATE BY COURSEWORK FAIR 2024 (NUS PGCF 2024) (events@gevme.com) will be sent to you.
This should contain:

a link to the platform
log-in instructions + OTP

If you did not receive your platform login email,

check if any firewall app is blocking emails,
check if your email has gone to the junk folder

Chrome is the recommended browser to log into the NUS PGCF 2024 platform.
Open a new Google Chrome browser and use an Incognito window to access the login page.

In the event the problem persists, please reach out to NUS PGCF 2024 Organising Committee who will be available from 28 September 2024, 9.00am–5.00pm, at cs.virtual@gevme.com/vivek.sharma@gevme.com.

Technical Difficulties

Try a different web browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, etc.

Try to reload the web page. If the problem persists, please contact NUS PGCF 2024 Organising Committee at cs.virtual@gevme.com/vivek.sharma@gevme.com for assistance.

If you are using built-in speakers on your device, please ensure they are not muted.
If you are using external speakers, please ensure that they are switched on and are not muted.
Check that your internet is connected and stable.
If you are using a mobile device, such as an iPhone, please ensure you have enough bandwidth to stream the livestream/video.
If you are using an Android device, an iPad or an iPhone, please ensure that you have clicked on the media ‘play’ button in order to begin the stream. Android and iOS devices do not allow streams to start automatically

We have a contingency plan in place and will alert you if any disruptions happen.

This issue commonly occurs on iOS devices. Please follow the steps below to enable third-party cookies on your device:

iPhone:

o Safari:

Go to iPhone 'Settings'
Search for and click on 'Safari'
Under 'Privacy & Security', disable 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking'

o Chrome:

Go to iPhone 'Settings'
Search for and click on 'Chrome'
Enable 'Allow Cross-Website Tracking'

MacBook/iMac:

o Safari:

Go to Safari 'Settings'
Under 'Privacy', disable 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking'

o Chrome:

Go to Chrome 'Settings'
Under 'Privacy and Security', enable 'Allow third-party cookies'

Home

You can find a short description of the event and a featured video.

Speakers

Head to the Speakers page and click on a speaker to get a more in-depth profile of the individual you want to find out more about.

Watch

The Watch page will host all the livestreams and video recordings.

Feedback

The event feedback form can be found on the Feedback page.

Below are the tabs you can find on the right sidebar of the platform.

Attendee Profile

Click on to "My Profile" to access and edit your profile details.

Notification

Click on the “Notification” to find out about the upcoming activities/event happenings through the announcements.

Programme Consultation

Kindly assist to fill up this form (https://learning.nus.edu.sg/NUSPGCEnquiry/) and our programme consultant will be in touch with you within 3 working days. The form will take 3 to 5 minutes to complete.
